This page is maintained by Nigerian Meal Plans to explain how we handle your information.

What we collect

When you register, we collect your user ID, full name (when provided), email address, sign-up method (Google or email/password), account creation date, last login date, subscription/access level, and whether you have opted in to marketing emails.

We do not store your password. Passwords are handled securely by our authentication provider.

How we use your information

Your account details are collected to provide and improve the service — for example, saving your family profile, meal plans and shopping lists, and personalising your Nigerian meal-planning experience.

Marketing emails

We only send meal-planning tips, product updates and special offers if you tick the optional marketing checkbox when creating your account. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing us.

Who can see your information

Your email and account details are only visible to authorised administrators. Regular users cannot view other users' information. Database security policies enforce this at the data layer.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion at any time by emailing us at hello@nigerianmealplans.com. Once approved, your account and personal data will be permanently removed.
